General Terms and Conditions of LEAP Malmö AB, Corp. ID 559189-0271

1. General: At LEAP Malmö AB, Corp. ID 559189-0271, hereinafter referred to as LEAP, you can experience “wind tunnel flying,” which involves flying in a glass tunnel using air blown from below by large fans. This experience is equivalent to the sensation of free fall during a parachute jump.
LEAP also offers padel courts for rent, as well as a restaurant and relaxation area. The person purchasing an experience is hereinafter referred to as the Customer. The experience is provided at the facility in Malmö.
2. Restrictions and Other Limitations: All restrictions and limitations for the activity “wind tunnel flying” can be found at www.leapmalmo.se. In case of uncertainty or questions regarding these terms, the Customer is advised to contact LEAP for more information.
3. Insurance: All participants in the “wind tunnel flying” activity at LEAP are covered by an accident insurance policy during the flight time. For more information on the insurance terms, the Customer is advised to contact LEAP.
4. Gift Cards: LEAP sells gift cards for experiences such as “wind tunnel flying” and padel games. These gift cards can be used on www.leapmalmo.se, where they can be redeemed through the digital booking system and time can be booked for the purchased experience. The specified time duration for each experience should be considered an estimate and may be adjusted during the execution.
5. Gift Card Validity: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards must be used within the validity period. Otherwise, the gift card will be considered expired.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation for “Wind Tunnel Flying”:
A booked time cannot be canceled but can be rescheduled. Rescheduling for the activity “wind tunnel flying” can be done up to 10 days before the scheduled time without any fees. The customer is offered to purchase a ”flex-rebooking-insurance” which provides flexible rescheduling terms. If the customer purchases this insurance they can reschedule up to 24 hours before scheduled time without a fee. If there is less than 24 hours to the booking a fee will be taken of 89kr per package.
Does the customer opt not to purchase this flex-insurance there is a fee of 99kr if it is less than 10 days until scheduled time per package. If it is less than 48 hours to the scheduled time rescheduling can be done for a fee of 199kr per package. If it is less than 24 hours to scheduled time rescheduling can be done for a fee of 299kr per package.

In the event of illness, the booked time can be rescheduled up to the start of the activity upon presentation of a medical certificate. The cost for the booked activity cannot be refunded afterward if the Customer does not use their booked time.
Groups of more than 10 people and companies can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the booked activity. Thereafter, the following cancellation terms apply:
– 13-7 days before the activity: 70% of the cost is refunded
– 6-3 days before the activity: 25% of the cost is refunded
– Less than 48 hours before the activity: 100% of the cost is forfeited
For group and company rescheduling, a rescheduling fee of 10 percent of the total amount will be charged.
Cancellation for Padel: Deposited funds in the player account are non-refundable but can be transferred to another player upon request. To use deposited funds that are insufficient for court booking, contact info@leapmalmo.se.
For cancellations made at least 6 hours before the booked time, the cost is automatically refunded via the Matchi booking system.
Cancellation of Padel Subscriptions: In the event of subscription cancellation, the responsible booker will receive a voucher to use at another time IF the canceled court is booked and used by another customer. There is no time rule for cancellation, and compensation is only given if the court is used by another customer during the canceled time.
7. Right of Withdrawal: If a private customer wishes to withdraw from a purchase made from LEAP, a refund is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the “wind tunnel flying” or padel activity has not already been carried out.
For larger groups and corporate customers, the cancellation policy in point 6 applies.
8. Complaints and Liability: LEAP is liable as specified in these General Terms and Conditions towards the Customer. Any complaints should be sent to LEAP at info@leapmalmo.se.
9. Special Offers: LEAP may, at short notice, offer “wind tunnel flying” or court rentals at special prices, referred to as “last minute offers” or “special occasion offers.” Specific conditions for these offers will be presented at the time of each offer.
10. Force Majeure: LEAP is exempt from liability if LEAP is unable to fulfill its obligations towards the Customer due to an external event that neither party has any part in or control over. This refers to an event that is abnormal or unforeseeable and whose consequences create an insurmountable obstacle for LEAP to fully or partially fulfill its obligations. Such events may include, but are not limited to, war, lightning strikes, flooding or other natural disasters, power outages, fire, or changes in legislation.
11. Amendments: The Customer is encouraged to stay updated on LEAP’s general terms and conditions, as these may be changed due to revised government requirements or at LEAP’s own
initiative. The latest terms and conditions can always be found at www.leapmalmo.se.
12. Privacy Policy: The privacy of our customers is very important to us, and we are committed to protecting it. LEAP collects personal data from the Customer in connection with booking/purchase. By placing an order, the Customer agrees that LEAP stores and uses this information within its operations to fulfill its obligations to the Customer.
According to GDPR, the Customer has the right to request information at any time about the personal data we have about them. The Customer has the right to request correction of their personal data if it is incorrect, including the right to complete incomplete personal data. The Customer has the right to request that we delete all personal data about them. If so, contact us at info@leapmalmo.se.
LEAP may deny a request for deletion if there are legal obligations preventing the
deletion of the data.
The Customer’s information may also be used by LEAP for marketing purposes. LEAP does not send any personal data to third parties unless required by law, order, or other government action.
13. Wind Tunnel Experience Recording: During the “wind tunnel flying” experience, a video recording of the Customer’s flight experience is made to offer the Customer the option to purchase the video as a souvenir after the experience. By purchasing from LEAP, the Customer consents to this video being recorded during the flight. The Customer also consents to LEAP potentially publishing the video on selected social media platforms or online communities after the flight experience. Purchases from LEAP are confirmed via email.
LEAP cannot guarantee a video for all customers, as technical problems may occur.
14. Cookies: To use the LEAP website in an optimal way, you need to accept the use of session cookies. These cookies are used to ensure the website functions properly and to facilitate orders and bookings. If you do not want to accept the use of cookies, you can adjust your web browser’s security settings. Note that declining the use of cookies may result in some functions not working fully.
15. Card Information: When you make a purchase with LEAP, the payment is processed by Nets, a secure
electronic payment solution for Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro. All card information is
stored in accordance with the card networks’ regulations. The Customer is charged
immediately, and the funds are directly withdrawn from their card. By using Nets as a
payment solution, LEAP ensures compliance with the necessary requirements for
payment solutions at all times. This means that the Customer can safely and securely
make their card payment on LEAP’s website.
