At Leap, we are the leading provider of thrilling skydiving experiences in Malmö. With our cutting-edge technology and highly trained staff, we provide an exhilarating indoor skydiving experience that is accessible to everyone, from beginners to seasoned adrenaline junkies. We are dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and unforgettable experience for our customers and are now looking for talented young individuals to join our team as Tunnel Instructors.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide thorough pre-flight instruction to participants, ensuring they understand safety procedures and proper body positioning.
  • Supervise and guide participants during their flights, offering real-time feedback and assistance to improve their techniques.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a fun and energetic atmosphere in the facility.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the skydiving tunnel and surrounding areas.
  • Monitor and maintain the tunnel equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Assist with customer inquiries, bookings, and overall excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with participants of diverse backgrounds and ages.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize safety at all times.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills to handle any unexpected situations that may occur during sessions.
  • A positive and friendly attitude with a passion for sharing the thrill of indoor skydiving.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to handle a physically demanding role.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
